  • Broken Uppa Baby Frame

Received an UPPAbaby Vista ($700) as a gift for our first son in mid 2010. Pretty much never used it for the first year or so because my wife was primarily a baby wearer. So light use for just one, then, we added another to our growing family and invested in some accessories for our second child and our first to be able to ride together. FREEDOM! (although, once again didn't use the stroller for yet again another year or so, as my wife wore my second son and we didn't use the stroller much. Fast forward to mid 2015, and our frame completely broke at a welded corner making it... More...

  • uppababy stroller consumer complaint

I'm usually not one to write poor reviews on purchases but I'm very dissatisfied. I purchased the uppababy vista stroller awhile back, soon after I purchased the car seat attachment also. My husband and I have always taken really good care of our stroller especially because we new we wanted more children and figured when we chose this stroller the investment would be well worth it thinking it would be able to carry all of our children throughout each pregnancy. This is not the case a while back my husband and I took my daughter on a walk, while we were strolling the seat broke,... More...

  • Not what I expected

I purchased the UppA baby hoping it was going to be as wonderful as it seem but was quite disappointed shortly after. The breaks failed on me once. Although the company did replace frame, I still feel them flimsy. Then there's the seat that when I place my daughter it kinda goes to one side, which doesn't look too comfortable for her. And lastly there's the front wheels which shake uncontrollably at times. I have other mom friends that worship this stroller and maybe it's just mine but I won't further recommend it from my experience with it. It's just simply... More...

  • Poor construction for a heft price

Where do I begin? Everything about this stroller was and still is a problem. So far everything on this stroller has broke, fell off, snapped, ripped, and teared while my daughter was in the stroller. I had to replace the wheels, the frame, and the seat. With the amount of money I spent on the stroller and replacing the parts I'm well at $1200.00 I should have purchased a Bugga Boo for that price. I actually went to a consignment store and purchased a safety first stroller for $15.00 and love it and use that instead of the uppa baby. Not happy with this product to say the least. More...

  • Vista fell apart with infant inside

This was just 6 months old when it suddenly fell apart while walking on a sidewalk...baby boy inside! The main folding joint that connects the two metal bars actually burst open, causing the stroller to list dangerously to one side and almost tip over with my child inside. This was only lightly used on city sidewalks...not clear if this should be recalled as I've seen other reviews mentioning the same failure. As a physician that cares for children and infants I can assure you that this should NEVER happen. I called customer service who, despite a poor attitude, seemed to know exactly... More...

  • Help! Uppa Baby Vista falling apart

I purchased my Uppa Baby Vista last summer when I was pregnant. I live downtown Toronto and have used the stroller for walking with my daughter within the city and at the mall. I've noticed in the last few weeks that my front wheel was squeaking (or maybe the shock... not sure) and then today I took the stroller out of my trunk and the lock was jammed and then when I got to the mall the brake stopped working. I love this stroller as it really is a great product. However, I am very disappointed in the quality of this very expensive product. Hoping to get this resolved over the next... More...

  • Uppa Baby Vista Stroller Don't buy!

I got the Uppa Baby Vista stroller as a gift . I could not go on the streetcar due to the size of it's wheels. As I raised the stroller to go on the my child who was one month at the time almost fell off the bassinet. Another thing is that I could not go in most restaurants in Toronto...It would not fit through the door. It has prevented me from enjoying my life. So I decided to call the company realizing that the new model has narrower wheels. I spoke to the owner of the company, Bob apparently, he couldn't offer me any help. He suggested, I purchase the new wheels for $40.00... More...
