My uppa stroller cruz split in two while walking my 2 month old baby. This caused the seat to drop back onto the storage basket. If I didnt catch it she would have slipped out. I will say they do have good ccustomer service sent out replacement seat right away. However im a little scared to use the stroller again even though I love it for walking.
